Hi there! 😊 This is a great question—and a very common one.
Present Perfect (have/has + V3): This tense is used for actions in the past that connect to the present.
    - The exact time is not important
    - The result is still true in the present
Example: “I haven’t eaten yet.” → I’m still hungry now

Past Perfect (had + V3): This tense is used for two actions in the past to show order.
One action happened before another past action
Example: “When I arrived, she had already left.” → She left first, then I arrived

Present Perfect (News, results, or "up until now.")
Example:"I've already eaten." (I'm full now).
Past Perfect (Setting the scene or showing order.)
Example: "I had eaten before you called." (Food first, then the call).
