I think fluent English just means you can speak naturally and smoothlyβ€”without stopping too much to think, and people can understand you easily.
To make your English fluent, honestly it’s mostly about practice:
    1. speak as much as you can (even if you make mistakes)
    2. listen a lot (movies, podcasts, conversations)
    3. learn common phrases, not just single words
    Hope this helps, good luck!

Fluency is simply the moment your brain stops acting like a glitchy translator and starts "vibing" in real-time; it’s the ability to roast your friends or order a taco without a mental loading screen. To get there, you need to turn off the subtitles, embrace the "shameless" method of making mistakes with absolute confidence, and start narrating your life to your showerhead until the words feel less like a math equation and more like a reflex.... hahaa, so funny, right?
I have an advice for you: forget about chasing "fluent" English like it's a perfect exam score - just focus on being natural, because the goal isn't to sound like a textbook, it's to sound like you.
    Hope this helps! <3
