Hi, I'm learning English too, and I honestly think that to be fluent, you've got to put yourself out there and stop worrying about messing up. Immerse yourself in native content on YouTube—or in person if possible—and shadow their pronunciation. Finding someone who's also driven to learn is a huge help, too.
