This gives you that sugar boost when you feel lightheaded due to a decrease in your sugar levels. Compared to salty snacks, their texture is unaffected even after you have opened their packaging. They also have a longer shelf life. You can store them sealed in your fridge if you don’t finish them in one sitting.
